KPV 10mg (Research Grade)
KPV is a short synthetic tripeptide composed of lysine-proline-valine and is commonly described in the literature as the C-terminal fragment of α-MSH(11–13). Published research has explored KPV in experimental models focused on inflammatory signalling, epithelial barrier biology, wound healing, and gut-related pathways.
Research context:
Interest in KPV largely comes from preclinical work suggesting anti-inflammatory activity without some of the broader pigment-related effects associated with full α-MSH signalling. That said, the evidence base is still mostly experimental, and public marketing around KPV often runs ahead of established human clinical data.
Important notice:
For laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption, injection, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use. Any references to mechanism or biological activity are provided for scientific context only and do not imply safety, efficacy, or approved medical benefit. FDA has specifically stated that it has not identified human exposure data on drug products containing KPV administered by any route and lacks important safety information regarding whether KPV would cause harm if administered to humans.
