Kings Clinic supplies products strictly for laboratory research purposes only. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Shipping Methods
We use third-party courier services for all deliveries.
Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Kings Clinic is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier service disruptions
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Incorrect address information
Local delivery access issues
3. Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
We are not liable for loss or misdelivery.
Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders returned due to incorrect details may be subject to additional shipping charges.
We are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been processed.
4. Delivery Confirmation & Liability
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once:
The parcel is marked as dispatched, and
Tracking information has been provided.
If a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Kings Clinic considers the order fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
Stolen parcels
Lost parcels after confirmed delivery
Incorrect delivery location due to courier error
Customers must raise delivery disputes directly with the courier where applicable.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period:
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
We will open an investigation with the courier
Resolution (replacement or refund) is subject to courier confirmation of loss.
We do not issue replacements or refunds while an investigation is ongoing.
6. International Orders (If Applicable)
Customers are responsible for:
Import regulations in their country
Customs duties or taxes
Seizures due to local restrictions
Kings Clinic is not responsible for products delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities.
No refunds will be issued for customs-related issues.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
Photograph the outer packaging before opening
Photograph the contents immediately
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to provide timely evidence may result in the claim being denied.
8. Temperature Considerations
Certain products may require controlled storage conditions.
Kings Clinic ships products in stable condition; however, we are not responsible for temperature exposure after delivery has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered parcels.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:
Refuse shipment to certain regions
Cancel high-risk transactions
Restrict accounts suspected of misuse
10. Agreement
By placing an order with Kings Clinic, you confirm that you:
Understand all products are for research purposes only
Accept responsibility once the parcel is dispatched
