Due to the nature of the products supplied by Kings Clinic, all sales are final.

Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are classified as sterile research materials. For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped.

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering by the customer

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Misinterpretation of product use

  • Opened or unopened items

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If we have made an error with your order, we will resolve it.

To qualify for investigation and potential replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The contents received

    • Any visible damage

  • You must retain all original packaging

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being denied.

We reserve the right to assess each case individually.

If a claim is approved, we may:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Provide store credit

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

3. Shipping Issues

Kings Clinic is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Resolution is subject to courier confirmation.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may result in:

  • Immediate account restriction

  • Refusal of future service

  • Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor

We retain shipment records, tracking information, and order confirmation data.

6. Research Use Notice

All products are sold strictly for research purposes only. By purchasing from Kings Clinic, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
